Warehouse Move March 2025

After 12 incredible years in central Harrogate, our team is thrilled to announce that we have officially moved to a new warehouse location! Our new warehouse is conveniently situated just off the A1, halfway between Harrogate and York, in beautiful North Yorkshire.

Why the Move?

The decision to relocate to a new warehouse was made with our customers and team in mind. The new site, whilst out of town, offers easier access making it more convenient for trade visits and customer collections. Additionally, the strategic location will enhance the efficiency of our deliveries and shipments, ensuring that your orders reach you in a timely manner.

Team Continuity and Expansion

We are excited to share that our entire team has transitioned to the new warehouse, ensuring that you will continue to receive the same exceptional service and support you have come to expect from us. As we settle into our new space, we are also looking forward to expanding our team by recruiting one or two new members in late summer. This growth will enable us to have more flexibility to serve our customers when they need it and meet the increasing demands of our business heading in to the seasonal shopping period.

We are confident that our new warehouse will not only streamline our operations but also enhance the overall experience for our customers.

Why Ousegill?

Moving to Ousegill Business Park was an easy decision: the completely redeveloped dilapidated site in Great Ouseburn is now a modern warehousing and logistics facility catering for local businesses in the York region. With plenty of car parking, and easy access for HGV's, the units were built just 3 years ago with sustainability in mind. Features such as solar panels and the latest insulation along with a secure gated entrance and CCTV make this a welcoming and environmentally friendly base for us to work from.

What's more, the original source of the Ouse springs up on our doorstep just 35metres away! Ousegill Beck runs from 'our garden' for about 4 miles through the villages of Great and Little Ouseburn before joining the River Ure and becoming the River Ouse, which then travels on through York and out to the Humber.

As a company that has tradition and authenticity at it's heart, the connection of the old workhouse in a new era and the closeness to the power of nature, this site is perfect for us!
